Our Low Price Guarantee

The Telecom Buyer low price guarantee is an assurance to you and all of our customers that you will not find the same services that we carry - from the same service providers - offered at a lower rate than the one we present.

If you receive a quote for "Company X" from us and have valid lower cost quote from another source (for example, an authorized agent or direct sales person) for "Company X", we will match that price and pay you a 20% rebate of your first month's paid invoice, up to $500, when you order service through Telecom Buyer.

This guarantee does NOT apply to services offered by providers not associated with Telecom Buyer.

This guarantee does NOT apply to customers identifed as "exclusive", "protected" or "strategic" accounts by our service providers, which would not allow Telecom Buyer to submit service orders.

If you meet the above criteria, you can collect your 20% rebate by faxing a copy of your first month's paid invoice (2nd month's bill) to 303-600-7703 with a cover sheet entitled "Low Price Guarantee Redemption". Rebate checks will be mailed within 30 days of the receipt of your faxed request.
